	Paul & Jeanne Rankin’s Cayenne is a dynamic mix of hot & funky food in a cool urban atmosphere receiving awards for – Best Restaurant in Ireland, Jameson’s Guide; Bib Gourmand, Michelin Guide & more recently voted in the Top 10 restaurants in the UK, Time Out. The awakening of a hidden corner at Cayenne provides additional seating and a bar & lounge area. The Rankin’s have also added a private dining room to their flagship restaurant. It’s a casual restaurant where you can drink chilled beers from the orient at the bar with a bowl of salt 'n' chilli squid or relax with our a la carte menu over the sound sensitive river of light. DECEMBER 2008 @ Cayenne Cayenne do not offer “Traditional Christmas Fayre”, we like to incorporate seasonal produce within our menus. Regarding the size of your party, Cayenne cannot accommodate very large groups. Our maximum size on one table is a party of 8 and depending on availability. Please do not misunderstand us when we say we cannot handle anymore than that. We have tried many different options, and have come to the conclusion that to maintain the standard of food and service that we constantly strive for; we simply cannot accommodate large groups mid-evening. It breaks the flow of service for everyone else in the restaurant.
